Becoming a parent is a unique time of growth and development, as a person and as a family. Birth Roots offers a few groups where families can find some extra support, guidance and encouragement, right when they need it most.
It’s hard to know where to start when you find out you are expecting a baby. This class will set your mind at ease and connect you with other new families and a whole new world of community resources and support. Touch on all the topics that are important to first and second trimester families and begin to settle those “what I don’t know I don’t know” jitters. One Friday a month from 5:30-7pm. Free. Pre-register here.
